The society is committed to protecting your private data. As such, when you sign up to the society via the SU website, we request only crucial data:

1. Your full name
2. Your unique Warwick ID
3. Your university email address

Furthermore, by using the website, we collect data on your event signup comments, as well as any custom profile picture you may upload.

If you feel that you no longer wish for this data to be stored by us, this data can be requested to be deleted, free of charge, by emailing warwickvocaloid@gmail.com
